I wanted to go with someone I was more comfortable with to help me find a home for me and my babies, & Jayson was him! I was pressed for time with baby #3 on the way so he made sure he was available whenever I wanted to look at a house. I was totally new at this and knew nothing about buying a house & he helped me to understand the process & how everything worked. He kept me up to date on houses that fit my needs that went up in my price range & got me into a beautiful home where all my babies have their own rooms!

We started down the path of listing with The Heritage Team after our efforts to sell our parent's home ourselves, it drew little interest.
With guidance from the Team, we cleaned up the house and removed wallpaper and the furnishings that rendered the house a relic from the '80's.
With the new paint, carpet and staging, the house looked amazing! We went into the open house weekend with many interested buyers, and sold the home for more than 10% over our asking price in under two weeks. This more than covered the commission.
We went from skeptics to believers. The Heritage Team is knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The Team consistently helped move things along, which is helpful given that we as the owners live almost 400 miles away. They brought our parent's home to SOLD a little more than 4 weeks after listing it. Thank you!

Noah was absolutely fantastic to work with; my husband and I hired Noah to help us find great investment homes in the air bnb zone of Niagara Falls New York. He was able to guide us and help us secure 2 investment properties that were both in multiple offers. His ability to communicate with the other realtors along with his advice and knowledge were both key in us securing these homes. I would highly recommend working with him.

We just purchased our 1st home with Jayson. I can’t say enough to explain how happy we are with our experience. Our move was unexpected so we were limited on time. As much as he reassured us he could make it happen we weren’t sure it would, but it did. Jayson was available whenever we called or text no matter what time it was or day of the week. I had an incredible experience working with the team. In the midst of such an intense housing market, Jayson and Noah offered me such strong guidance and support throughout the process. It was clear they wanted me to find the right home, and I never felt pressured to look at or make offers on houses that I wasn’t completely excited about. They also knew my concerns and priorities in a house, and would walk me through those on each house I saw. During a time when houses were receiving so many offers, Jayson advised me on how to set my offer apart. During the closing process, Jayson answered all my questions and followed up ongoing with everyone involved to ensure there would be no issue to closing on time. He and his teammate Hunter even came to haul away some items left behind in the garage after I had closed. The heritage real estate team, led by Noah Munoz, did a fantastic job in selling my parents house on Ivygreen Ter in North Tonawanda. This was an estate sale. My brothers and I are all out of state. Noah was a tremendous help in managing contractors and the sale process on our behalf. Initially, my brothers and I tried selling the house ourselves, with no good offers. Noah contacted us , and after seeing the house suggested interior remodeling, defragging, and staging the house. Though hesitant to accept this approach at first, we did, and could not believe the positive transformation of the house. After a one week sale, we received offers over 10% above asking price, which we accepted. Noah and his team were always professional, Personable, and friendly. Knew the market well and kept communication lines constantly open.
